Operations Associate
Full-time (Onsite)SBD Philippines is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our daily operations, including customer service, administrative support, warehouse management, fulfillment, athlete relations, and purchasing management. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers in-person during store visits and at pop-up booths, providing product information, offering assistance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings and communications, ensuring smooth operations across different departments.
- Warehouse Management and Fulfillment:
- Support the warehouse team in managing inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
- Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Assist in regular stock-taking and reporting to maintain an efficient and accurate inventory system.
- Athlete Relations:
- Assist with coordination and communication between SBD Philippines and sponsored athletes.
- Ensure athletes receive the necessary products, event details, and any logistical support needed.
- Support in organizing athlete appearances, photoshoots, and other promotional activities as required.
- Purchasing and Stock Management:
- Manage the purchasing of stock and other supplies needed for operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to restock as necessary, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations.
- Track and report on purchasing expenditures to maintain budget efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or purchasing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for fitness and the SBD brand is a plus.
